1 General Terms & Introduction

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with pkoka, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from pkoka:

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before those requirements are fulfilled.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on pkoka:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, pkoka reserves the right to void that bet.
  • Match fixing or placing bets after the outcome is known is strictly prohibited.
  • Pkoka reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any wager.

In live betting, odds change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any bet left in a "pending" state will be settled according to the server's recorded data.

Cricket Betting Special Rules

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pkoka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

  • Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
  • Bonuses may only be used on specific pkoka games.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
  • Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
  • Pkoka reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

Pkoka's welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit. To activate the bonus, use the promo code (if applicable) at the time of deposit. Once credited to your account, the bonus cannot be reversed.

A referral bonus will only apply once the referred friend has registered on pkoka and completed the minimum required deposit.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkoka:

  • Fraud: Fake identities, stolen payment methods, or any fraudulent activity.
  • Use of Bots: Using automated software or bots to play games.

  • Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pkoka's systems.
  • Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to exploit bonus offers.

If any such activity is detected, pkoka will immediately close the account, forfeit the entire balance, and notify law enforcement if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Pkoka may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
  • If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Due to legal obligations.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request account closure from pkoka support at any time. Upon closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — provided the account was not closed due to a breach of the Terms.
